How much do you charge to notarize a document?
Our standard notarization fee includes the necessary stamp and signature for just $35. For additional documents, we charge $15 per stamp and signature. For example, if you have a 20-page document that requires one stamp and signature, your total cost will be $35. If you have a 4-page document that requires 2 seals and signatures, your total cost will be $50.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash or e-transfer.
Do you notarize international documents?
At PNP, we notarize a wide range of documents that are headed to numerous destinations, including Jamaica, Spain, and the United States. No matter where your documents are going, our team is here to ensure that they are properly notarized and legally binding.
What types of identification is required?
In order to ensure the utmost professionalism and accuracy in the notarization process, it is required that all individuals attending an appointment present a valid government-issued identification to verify their identity. Please note that only one piece of identification is necessary for each individual. However, if multiple individuals are involved in the signing process, it is mandatory that each person presents a valid form of I.D.
